Bachelor of Arts in Computer Application (BCA) is a 4-year, 8-semester course provided by Tribhuvan University, Nepal. It is a full-time course of 126 minimum credit hours and students from any faculty can join this program with minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed by TUFOHSS. Upon completion of all requirements as prescribed in the curriculum, the degree is awarded by Dean Office of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (Tribhuvan University). The duration of this program is over a period of eight semesters (four academic years). The objective of this program is to produce high-quality computer application users, developers and real-world problem solvers.

  • Should have successfully completed a twelve year of schooling in the any discipline or equivalent from any university, board or institution recognized by TU.
  • Should have secured a minimum second division/D+ grade in each subjects.
  • Should have successfully passed the entrance examination conducted by TU securing at least 35% marks
